YOLOv5s-D: A Railway Catenary Dropper State Identification and Small Defect Detection Model

چکیده

High-speed railway catenaries are vital components in traction power supply systems. To ensure stable contact between the pantograph and catenary, droppers positioned messenger wire line. The failure of one or more will affect catenary operation railway. In this paper, we modify You Only Look Once version five (YOLOv5) model several ways propose a method for improving identification dropper status detection small defects. Firstly, to focus on target features, selective kernel attention module is added backbone. Secondly, feature graphs different scales extracted from backbone network fed into bidirectional pyramid multiscale fusion. Thirdly, YOLO head replaced by decoupled improve convergence speed accuracy model. experimental results show that proposed achieves mean average precision 92.9% dataset, an increase 3.8% over using YOLOv5s. defects reaches 79.2%, representing 10.8% compared with YOLOv5s demonstrating our better at detecting

Structural, Optical and Defect State Analyses of ZnO Nanoparticle Films

Synthesis of ZnO nanostructures films by a co-precipitation followed by the deposition processed onto a glass substrate by spin-coating technique was carried out. The effect of annealing temperatures (from 250 to 325 °C for 30 min) on the structural and optical properties of the ZnO films have been investigated. The structural studies reveal that ZnO films are polycrystalline with hexagonal wur...

Modelling Large Railway Interlockings and Model Checking Small Ones

This paper describes the results to date of a feasibility study on model checking applied to railway interlockings. Our approach, in contrast to others, targets a high-level description of interlocking systems, namely the logical view of its operation. The result is a formal model that can be discussed with and validated by our industry partners and, moreover, provides a formal semantics for th...

High-speed railway pantograph and catenary dynamic simulation system modelling and verification

The dynamic simulation system of a pantograph and a catenary has been built by using the finite element method, in which the pantograph is equivalent to a threemass-damper-stiffness system and the catenary contains only cable and beam elements. Considering droppers as nonlinear elements only stressed by tension, a sliding contact model of the pantograph and catenary is coupled by penalty functi...

Quantification of phase and runtime errors in finite difference approximations of railway catenary systems

The numeric simulation of distributed-parameter systems involving wave propagation typically suffers from dispersion errors. This work considers the wave equation and the Euler-Bernoulli beam equations that appear in the modeling and simulation of railway catenary systems. A versatile phase error criterion is developed based on phase/group velocity errors due to a Finite Difference discretizati...
